We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff was very popular in the '50s, but I think people overdosed on it, so it kinda faded from sight.
I think it's time to bring it back.  It's a wonderful meal and easy to fix.

I simmered it on the mini, but I should have done it on the Large to get some of the smokey taste to it.
