Friday is pizza night at my house, the kiddos are ready every week.  Here are some pics. Did four pies.  Pepperoni & cheese; Veggie (cremini mushrooms, onions, red/yellow/orange sweet peppers); Arugula #1 (EVOO, minced garlic, tomatoes, ricotta cheese, fresh basil, no pizza sauce) - when it's done, cover with fresh arugula and let it rest before serving; Arugula #2 - same technique but only prosciutto and arugula.  Used platesetter, 500F dome temp.  Cooked at the gasket level for approx 10-12 minutes, turning 180 degrees halfway.

Bonus #1:  included pics of last weekend's take on ABTs, substituted turkey bacon as a test cook.  Wrapped jalapenos, chicken breast pieces with turkey bacon. Snuck in some smoked Kerry Gold Irish Cheddar and we have a winner!

Bonus #2:  last few pics are of a blueberry cake the Queen made a scratch cake (Swans Down cake flour), put in a CI skillet (8") and covered with fresh whole blueberries covered in turbinado sugar and left in the fridge for a few hours.  40 min @ 400F it was great with Vanilla ice cream.

Bonus #3:  last weekend cooked a pork butt for a potluck at work while smoking a ham for the family. This pic is at the halfway point.
