Clean Burn

How hot do you have to get it to for a clean burn. PS is a mess I will start wrapping in foil like I have heard of on here.

Just do some pizzas.  That'll clean it up!

I just load mine with lump, light it and let it run wide open.  It will usually bury the 1000* Tel-Tru on my larges and I'm sure the small and mini would get that hot, but I mainly just grill on those so they don't get as messy.  Unless you are running gasketless or a Rutland you can kiss your gasket goodbye.
