Drawing/Planning Tool

A few weeks ago someone posted a link to an online tool that could be used to draw plans for a table.  Now I can't find it.  Anyone able to point me to it?

I recall the post, but don't remember what was used. Most likely Sketch-up.

    See this page.

I've used Sketch-up for years before Google acquired the code, and gave most of it away. As I recall, the free version does allow easy dimensional line drawing. Take maybe an hour to learn. After that, remarkably easy to use. Worth downloading if you do any building.
