    Really nice Pics. You did capture some great food pics. (BTW, that stuffed loin was fantastic, even as stuffed as I was) 
    Bx - > NJ ->TX!!! 
    All to get cheaper brisket!

    Very cool.....looks like a great time.  Thanks for sharing.  I'll have to make plans to get to one of these events.  Thought about the one in Athens, but the timing was not good.

    On a side note, Travis looks waaayyy low still.

    Great Eggfest, we enjoyed cooking and meeting so many nice folks.
    1 Large BGE, 1 Mini BGE, 1 Minimax BGE, Original wife and 4 dogs living in the heart of BBQ country in Round Rock Texas. "Friends don't let friends cook with propane"

    Great write up on your blog! Hopefully I can make it to Texas for the next couple rounds of Fests. Looks like it was a great time with some good eggheads and awesome food!

    I'll try, but not sure we can make it. That one is 9 like hours of drive time!
