Mexican Pizza on a Monday night

Decided to do something quick.  Grabbed some tortillas, put refried beans on one and guacamole plus sour cream on the other, then sandwiched together.  Did two at a time - one on the pizza stone and one on a tray.  After about 10 mins I pulled them, covered the top in taco sauce and cheese, then put back on the EGG to melt cheese.  Final step was to pull the pizzas and add lettuce and fresh salsa.  Simple dinner but really good.imageimageimage
