SUNDAY RIBS!!!

did some ribs again tonite!!!cant get enuff of them!did some veggies as well.the last pic was desert!!(and appetizer,pre cook,and to kill time in between!! took 3 hours!!)

    Absolutely gorgeous pics of great looking ribs!  Beautiful smoke ring and super looking pull-back on the bones.........................any extras??

    @henapple 250 to 275 for the first 2 hours, then foiled them in a pan bumped up the temp to 300 325 put the veggies on for 40 mins then put ribs back on for just under an hour,sauced them 20 min togo,foiled them had another rum, then pigged out!!! :@)

    unfortunately there is never any extras!!!! could go for a few ribs right now!!!
