We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Lamb Chops

Chops marinated in olive oil, lemon, garlic, and Italian spices.  Done direct, raised on an XL with a partial load of lump pushed to the back.  Asparagus done towards the front, indirect for most of the time.

400 on the dome, and pulled when internal was 130.  These were perfect.

Served with sweet potato.

Going to try Allegro Hot & Spicy next time I do these.
