Lamb Chops

Chops marinated in olive oil, lemon, garlic, and Italian spices.  Done direct, raised on an XL with a partial load of lump pushed to the back.  Asparagus done towards the front, indirect for most of the time.

400 on the dome, and pulled when internal was 130.  These were perfect.

Served with sweet potato.

Going to try Allegro Hot & Spicy next time I do these.

    Looks great Doc! Leg of lamb is on my list. Made the little lollipop chop for Easter using the recipe in the BGE cookbook.
