We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Pizza

Dinner last night = Big Green Egg 14" pizza with sauce, sliced zucchini, prosciutto, diced Fresno chilies & cheese. Cook indirect method on pizza stone at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes. After removing from Big Green Egg top with arugula, shaved Parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil. Yummy good!!
