    First  I would like to thank everyone who gave me hints or tips on how to do these, Thanks You.
    But on these I decided to "Fly Alone"
    Good coating of mouse turd and heavy coating of BBBR
    Let sit over night
    indirect 250 dome to 140
    Hickory for smoke
    pulled set-up and seared at 500(direct) about 2 minutes a side.
    They were NOT fall off the bone tender, But I wouldn't say they were tough
    My son-in-law said they were "Excellent "
