1st Ribs on the Egg

Ok you ask for pictures took me longer to post a picture than it did to cook. XL BGE held very steady all day could not be happier. Been cooking on a Weber all my life just got this put together last weekend could not be happier. 6 hours about 234 to 240 soaked over night.

    Ribs look great. What a way to start your Egging. I am sure you will love your egg. I have had mine for two months now and my wife says that we should have purchased one ten years ago. I can't argue with her on that. Keep up the cooking.

    I have wanted one for 10 years she finally broke down. ( Apple juice brown surgar paperika powder onoin powder garlic juice minced and a touch of sea salt.

    Looks good, old webber guys can really appriciate an egg!!  Nothing like having the ability to maintain a certain temperature for hours on end !!
