So why TRex method again???

Ok...so I have been looking for an excuse to try the famous TRex method of grilling a steak. But, I just can't imagine a steak juicier or better than the one I did here. And my total cooking time was around 4 1/2 mins!

Grilled at around 650 degrees, about 120 seconds until the first flip with a quarter turn in between. Closed off vents after the my first turn, removed after about 4 1/2 mins, and rest for 5. Very juicy, great flavor, and perfect medium-rare.

Can anyone recommend the 25-30 min cook time for the TRex method? Just can't seem to justify it.

Thanks!
