Ok, so called the local dealer of DP about if they had Raging River as that is what I use on the Spatch Chickens I make that everyone loves, no go. They are all out, of course I happen to be out as well. Crap. Any ideas on a rub that I can use that doesn't have much/any heat to it on spatch chickens?

Of course I am cooking 3-4 Spatch chickens this weekend for a party...hmmm...
