Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

Got a steak knife...

Or tooth pick, prep knife, zombie slasher...It is a Ridgeback Knife made by Oklahoman Knife Maker Bill Coye. I have always had a fascination with high quality products.

Thank you.  Yea, I have always strongly believed in having the best equipment to get the job done properly.  Incidentally, the knife maker has been a Paramedic, RN, and a Flight RN for the past 28 years including time served in Afghanistan.

Never leave home without the Kershaw Leek.  Slim, quick, easy, holds an edge. A whopping $23 on Black Friday.  :))

Kershaw makes great products.  I had a spring assisted kershaw knife about 4 years ago that I really liked.  My everyday carry now is the Chris Reeves Umnumzaan.
