Wanted to stop by to see old friends.  Grilled White Wings.  Chicken breast, Monterrey Jack, pickled jalapeno, and bacon.  Soak in white wine and EVOO for one hour prior to grilling.  Whew! That was a different process (posting, that is)!

    Im going to "attempt" this tomorrow. How did you get the chicken cut so uniformed or did you buy it like that?
