    That's a fine lookin burger!  It looks like you are at the office...did you cook it there?

  • @smokeypitt, yes working sadly. Perks of work is cooking everyday I want to on the BGE. 
    @VI ok they hate that I cooked a three lbs burger, on a loaf of sourdough,  lol and I try to eat it all.

    I am extrapolating that if you cooked that at your office, you must have a Mini at work.

    If my hypothesis proves true, you have the coolest boss ever.

    If not, it is still a great looking burger.

    Chris is my dealer and they are a cool bunch, including the "boss". I have to drive across both the state line and the international border to get to them.....
    I don't see a lot of Merilee's sauce on that "thing" - it is too big to be just a burger!

  • @tazcrash its around 2.5 lbs, what I found is make the patty about 1 inch bigger than the bun for shrinkage, cook at around 350 ID heat for like an hour or so. Seemed to cook pretty even. Like cooking a meat loaf, just flatter. Its really fun. :D
