New wok, new cook on my mini tonight. Salmon with Almond Salsa Verde and Veggies

I am laying a new floor for my porch so my mini BGE has a temporary home in the grass on a table and  the back yard looks like a construction zone.Christened my new wok for the mini tonight. Salmon steak, dizzy dust, squash, mushrooms, green pepper, garlic and ginger. Almond Salsa Verde to top it off.
1 Large BGE, 1 Mini BGE, 1 Minimax BGE, Original wife and 3 dogs living in the heart of BBQ country in Round Rock Texas.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    yes, worked out great. Found a wok at an asian grocery store  at the MT Supermarket
    http://www.mtsupermarket.com/ in Austin that fits the woo ring like a charm. About $15.00. Stainless steel with a lid.
