Tacos Tonight

Just put a 3 1/2lb chuck on for tonight's tacos. Rubbed it with Fajita seasoning and salt and pepper. I am cooking at 250 indirect till it hits 160 or so then gonna wrap it with foil May throw on a chicken so we can have both kinda tacos. Time will tell
