Well here is the final results
275 dome
Indirect to 132
seared at 500
rested to 145
It was awesome
Injected with apple cider viniger, apple cider, brown sugar, honey, and hit it with olive oil and BB Butt rub, pecan/cherry for smoke

    Did one last night myself, indirect 350 to an IT of 140 pulled and rested while I got the sides ready. Delicious! But no pics so it did not happen....

    Looks like the sliced stuff is swimming in juice. Excellent. What temp did you use for the indirect part?

    I've got one sitting in the fridge I need to do something with.
