Well I got my Cyber Q today
Got it all set up....Kinda LOL
Only have 2 questions for now
Where do you put your pit probe?
to the thermo in the dome or on the grid?
also what is the temp difference between
grid and dome

Grid here. The difference between the two gets smaller as the egg heats up. I find that mine are close enough to say they match.

I bought one of these from the BBQ Guru website: Here
Works well. Grid is about 25 degrees hotter on a direct and 25 degrees cooler on an indirect, but as six_egg says, it all tends to stabilize over time...

smbishop I am doing cinnamon/Carmel rolls on the Egg with the Cyber Q, Seems to be working great and I am seeing about the same temp difference you mention. Got the Maverick running to just so I could see the difference.

I haven't used my Maverick since getting the Cyber Q (I also have a party Q)...

Well I got it on Friday and have used it twice this weekend, works GREAT
As puter stupid as I am I even got it going in infrastructure mode
