Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! It's time to think about getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

My New Table

Okay, so it's still in the very early stages. I'm getting my LBGE in a couple of weeks so I went to the lumber yard today and bought some African Mahogany to use for making my table. They're doing the 2-sided planing for me... the rest will be up to me.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    Thanks. It's African Mahogany.

I was very pleased with the transformation from the picture on my original post (when I purchased the wood at the lumber yard) to the end result.

Thanks @Fred19Flintstone. I'm still waiting for my flag permit from Ottawa but thought I'd go ahead and start using it.
