    Was just in Austin, and stopped by La Barbecue...believe it was formerly J Mueller's...now run by his sister.  Pit master is a former Franklin guy. Brisket and housemade sausage were amazing...and they have free beer!

    That's the spot. I didn't realize they had changed the name but that is the place I was talking about. That brisket is the same a Franklin's

    Ha, it was a quick phone pic at the end of the meal. Brisket was amazing and anything but dry. I'll try and provide you with juicier photos next time
