Family wanted something different last night and found this on the interwebs, modified it and was a blast.

SWMBO made some fried rice with peppers, shrooms and onions.

And, was at Costco yesterday. They had Prime beef sirloin with my name written all over it.

Kabobs, the go to for grilling, nothing like veggies and meat on a stick. The secret is in the spice or marinade used, care to share?
