This was so, so good....but now I have heartburn so, so bad. Bitter sweet. 
It was topped with Cheddar Cheese, Pulled Pork, some extra BBQ Rub, Tomato Based BBQ Sauce, Bacon, Sautéed Onions and more Cheddar Cheese.
