cooking venison burgers

it's called bacon burger, it's bacon far mixed with ground deer. any quick tips on cooking temp or method.

I dont usually change too much on them just not as long. Not as much fat so you dont want to go too long

I love mixing in some reduced sodium Dales Seasoning with a good beef rub. Just grill them direct at around 400 deg dome temp as you would a normal burger. The Dales gives them a great flavor. You can find Dales in most grocery stores near the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
