Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
Spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with your EGG? Virginia Willis’ three course menu is perfect for a date night! February is also National Chocolate Lover’s Month, so don’t feel guilty if you’ve been cooking a little more dessert than usual on your EGG. If you’re looking for something a little more savory than chocolate, try some Roasted Chicken Flatbread or Pork Tenderloin with Honey Mustard.

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the History of the EGG Museum and the Culinary Center too!  3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340.

@BOWHUNR-thanks for the info.  Trex is currently leading over Xert 1-0 in recent championship cooks!  Gotta feel good-may be a good day to keep the celebration going.

Without sounding too corny I really want to thank all of you guys on the forum.  I don't think I could have done it had it not been for the knowledge I have gained since becoming a member.  What I have learned through your posts and photos was a large part of why I am so happy today  And Mickey, thanks for planting the "Mini Bug" inside of my head!

Nice job!  The steaks look perfect.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

You don't have to choose. Now you got both under your belt. Steaks off season, 12 pointers in season. Sounds reasonable to me.
