I learnt the hard way on meatloaf -- be careful on the amount of smoke -- being that it is ground meat and open, it absorbs the smoke quickly and can overcome the true taste of the meal!  I have use Hap's recipe and it was great (but i took it easy on the smoke end)

Don;t forget this one. I book marked it because it looks incredible, but haven't made it yet (wife is not a meatloaf fan in general...)

I did a jalapeno and cheddar one a few weeks ago. It was stellar. I didnt use any smoke just the smoke flavor from the lump.
