Chicken and shrimp

Continually amazed how the simple can taste so great off the Egg. Cooked them direct at dome 400 last night and they came out wonderful. Added olive oil, Parkay and lemon pepper to shrimp. Made the beer taste real good last night.

    Looks good.  I love a simple butter and lemon pepper or lemon herb on shrimp.  I use the same basket to cook them.  Works great.
