Bone In Pork Roast

Not very good pics tonight.  Dichickos marinated pork roast and veggies.  Done 400, direct, raised grid.

Looks gorgeous Doc.  I had to google DiChikO's...sounds like great stuff.  Did it come out with some bite to it?

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Bone in pork roast is something only available here during the Christmas holidays.  This really looks good!  Where did you find the veggie cooker??

    Doc,

Pork roast is pretty cheap. Try one at 250* sometime. Looks very good!

The garlic has some spicyness to it, but they have some really hot varieties if you are looking for that.

If you have a W-S outlet nearby, they're normally around 40% off the regular price. That't where I found mine.

You can have your local butcher shop cut a bone in pork roast if you can't find them at the grocery store.
