Whipped up a chicken last night to kick the weekend off to the right start. 
I did this chicken a little bit different than usual. Rubbed it down with Charles Vergo's Rendezvous rub and then injected it with a mixture of Dale's and Apple Cider Vinegar. Added some apple chips to the coals for a little bit of smoke and spritzed it with Apple Cider Vinegar every so often. Pretty good stuff if I may say so myself.
