We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Caribbean ribeye's Oh My!

My first shot at these but definitely not my last. They were oh so good. Grilled yellow squash. Zucchini, and pineapples for the sides. Oh yeah some polish sausage as well.

The ribeye's were marinated for three days in a mixture of the following...

1 1/2 pint of pineapple juice
1 cup of sugar
3 tbs of soy sauce
1 tsp of ginger
Boil and let simmer for 15 minutes or so. Let cool completely and put in the fridge.

I used the reverse sear method for cooking the steaks. Made the kids some slinky dogs in the process. Man these ribeye's were so damn good.

My pics may suck but my food is good.
