Sunday Cook, Stuffed Pork Tenderloin !

Pork Tenderloin stuffed with Goat Cheese,Sundried Tomato, Prosciutto , chopped Kalamata Olives, and fresh Baby Spinach. Brushed on some EVOO along with Garlic Powder , Salt and Pepper. Will sear and than cook indirect wit fresh cut Romary over the coals. I'll let you know how it turns out .
