Have done two cooks and both raised with AR. But see how guts still white and other brown?
Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

my firebox and ring are still as white as the day I got them. They get a clean burn every time you fire it up since they are contact with the lump.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
