Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We hope you had a hoppy Easter and are ready to spring into warm weather cooking mode! There’s nothing better than spending time outdoors with the sweet aroma of fresh cooked Ribs. Baseball season is also underway, so it's the perfect time to try out some chicken wing variations! We have Jamaican Jerk, Lemon Pepper, Fired-Up Wings and even a Whiskey Onion and Chicken Steak if wings aren't your thing. Bon appetit!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

Happy birthday to me!

Just opened half my presents and got a woo3, swing grate, maverick, half moon griddles, and propane torch!

Can't wait to see what comes tonight after I cook some chickens!

Nice. I really like my Woo3. Try setting the entire Woo on a grate that is laying on the normal level. Since the Woo has a spider on the bottom, it elevates the Woo cook level way up high in the dome. Perfect for chickens. I think you will be pleased with the results.

  • That's quite a score!  Was it a "milestone birthday" or are you this friggin lucky every year?  Happy birthday my friend!

Not a milestone. And didn't score the thermapen either. Oh well.

I guess when you get the egg the month before your birthday and cook several times a week on it and have made the wife's, mother in law, and parents stomachs very happy, they are more inclined to get you a bunch of stuff to play with on the egg.

Guess its time to order the pen myself.
