We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. What's Cookin' This Weekend?

I didn't think I was going to be able to Egg until Sunday, but I'm taking the small and mini to my Mom's tomorrow for practice cooking some appetizers I might do for the farmer's market cook I'm doing in June.  I was thinking about trying "Magnum Loads", a recipe by Spring Chicken from the 2012 Georgia Mountain Eggfest.  I'm also going to try one my co-worker turned me onto from Paula Dean.  I'm also doing some tortilla pizzas.  GADZOOKS!  My diet is taking a hit!

Sunday I'm spatchcocking a turkey.  Have a great weekend everybody!
