Looks great. I made on St. Patty's day and my wife keeps asking me to make it again. It is definitely a keeper.

Was planning to give pulled beef a run this saturday. Thanks for the recipe. Basketball and egging this weekend. Gotta love it!

I want to join this club! Maybe for me Saturday as well. Looks great =P~

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

That looks great - Is it overpowering with beer taste or pepper taste?

@robnybbq I couldnt taste the beer at all except for the ones I swallowed by themselves. ;)

You can taste the bell peppers over the black pepper or jalapeños. Hope this helps you.

@chubbs & @smokeypitt good luck with the pulled beef. I used a mixture of smoked provolone and mozzarella cheeses on the sammies. Turned out real good.

I wish I could use my smoked cheese, but it is not quite ready to pull yet. Looking forward to this though.

@YEMTrey Don't pull the roast off too early. It seems to take a higher IT to get beef to where it will shred than pork. Use a harder bread or roll for the sandwiches or your sammies will be soggy. Last but not least...put more beer in your belly than you do in the pan. ;) Good luck and enjoy.
