http://www.amazingpaleo.com/2012/06/26/spicy-bison-burgers/ Work safe Made these and they were awesome. I subbed grass fed beef instead of bison, topped with paleo mayo and a tomato. I have heard, but have not tried, that throwing sweet potatoes on hot coals for about 20 min makes them perfect. Also done bacon (nitrate free of course) wrapped stuffed chicken breasts. The stuffing was carrots, pecans, bell pepper, garlic. About a handful of each sans the garlic, food processor it up, season/tenderize the chicken. Delish. I'm always on the lookout for paleo friendly recipes, if any others wanna chime in that'd be great.

Bacon wrapped asparagus and a steak.

Low-carb (or Paleo friendly) meat loaf.   I thought this recipe sounds pretty good:

I think the idea is use grated parm instead of bread crumbs...

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

  • Nice! It should be a interesting season. I watched the Braves game opening night against the Phillies. That line up is stacked from top to bottom. The NL East is going to be fun to watch this season.
