We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple

Realized toward the finish that I had not taken any preparation pics.  Just barely got enough to prove it happened.  Got distracted entertaining the in-laws.

Boneless chicken marinate about 8 hours in teriyaki.  The pineapple and peppers where sprinkled with Allegro Hot & Spicy about 30 minutes before the cook, and boy did they take it.

Chicken direct for about 20 minutes and the fruit for about 10.

The rice on the plate has been splashed with Crystal.

Nice cook and good visit with the in-laws.
