We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. epic fail... ham jerky.

long story... basically bought a spiral ham... didn't realize it till I went to put it on yesterday.... too late to do egbert's so I called Mickey who said go with his method just keep a real close eye on it. he stated this twice. I didn't so I ended up with mainly ham jerky. oh well..
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
