Just Pulled My Bird

12 lb turkey - cooked at 350.  Only took about 2.5 hrs.  Breast temp at 160.  Used a couple cherry wood chunks for color and flavor

    @R2Egg2Q yes, very simple brine of kosher salt and sugar overnight. 

    Turned out great.  Sorry no pics post carving.  It went fast!
