Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple

Realized toward the finish that I had not taken any preparation pics.  Just barely got enough to prove it happened.  Got distracted entertaining the in-laws.

Boneless chicken marinate about 8 hours in teriyaki.  The pineapple and peppers where sprinkled with Allegro Hot & Spicy about 30 minutes before the cook, and boy did they take it.

Chicken direct for about 20 minutes and the fruit for about 10.

The rice on the plate has been splashed with Crystal.

Nice cook and good visit with the in-laws.

They are going to prove very useful.  I will probably still use two bamboo skewers for shrimp, but I think the flexible skewers will get a lot of use.

Great cook as always! I just got the firewires a couple weeks ago and they are perfect for the smaller eggs. I did a pound of shrimp on one skewer and only had to flip it once.
