    @Mickey did you mention in a prior thread that you can fit a spatchcock cook on the mini?  If so, how big a bird?

    @Crispix49 this is about 3.5 and have done several. Up to a little over 4 lbs. that is the same size I do on the Large (just like that size better). image

    Looks great, Did you find those jalapeños at a specialty store or just the grocery store? This is something right up my alley!  =P~

    Grocery store. HEB is very big in Texas and local smaller store in Salado.

    I know of HEB and wish we had one. Oklahoma's great liquor laws keep the nice grocery stores away from us.. I might have to see if there is a store around Texoma when I head that way in a couple weeks. Thanks!

    Have not seen a HEB without them. Get both. And if you have not had Julio's chips: wow.
