Just finished the prep work on the ham for tomorrow. Working on the pulled beef and apps for tonight. Just opened a beer to start the evening.

    @Alton check out griffens grub for the detailed recipe. Mine was chorizo filled with cream cheese and jalapeños, smoked for 90 minutes @ 250.
