    Looks fantastic, wish I had the hook ups for good seafood.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Awesome, did the same thing here last night. Blackened Tuna, sea scallops and fried shrimp. Wish I had pics. Scallops are scrumptious blackened.

    Great looking meal! Thanks for the tip about the Fajitaish I have that in my ever-growing spice collection and will give it a try sometime.
