Should I add a little wood for smoke in when cooking peppers or not? Planning stuffed with cream cheese, cheddar jack, chorizo and wrapped with bacon.

I'd say that's a personal question.
I would add about 5 minutes of some apple or cherry but nothing more than a few chips. That's just me
