If you haven't made Jay's (aka @SSN686) Shrimp Burgers yet... you need to make them this weekend.

I cooked them raised direct at ~350F.

    Nice, Kristi. I need to get you to try the recipe I use. Have never posted it on here because I dont cook them on the egg. Being from Beaufort, SC I know a good shrimp burger when I see one. That one is solid!

    Wow!!!!!!! That's all I got. WOW!!!!
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
