Hello from Kernersville NC!!!

Just got a large egg and love it. I have only had it two weeks and have cooked on it 8 times. I cant get enough. Does anyone have Easter ideas for 6 people?I was thinking ham. Thanks

P.S. any eggers from the Winston Salem area on here?

Sounds like you got "The Egg Bug" !!  Ham is a great idea for Easter and plenty of information here from the last few days.  I bought one today and that is my Easter cook too!!  Welcome aboard -- remember, there are many, many ways to get the same result on the egg's operation.  Figure out what works for you, and ALWAYS have an open mind to other avenues!!  This will keep the confusion down..

Jeffroe, this is unacceptable. You had the egg for 14 days and cooked only 8 times?

I do not see dedication here.

    :))

    Welcome to the egghead obsession.

Welcome! We don't celebrate Easter at my house, so I'm not planning a special dinner, but I have wondered why more folks here don't talk about grilled boneless leg of lamb. Marinate it in teriyaki sauce and grill till medium rare, 130. Really delicious.

I got all my stuff from Splash Pools in Kernersville. Very nice people and prices seem to be better than Casual Furnature World on most things.

Welcome. I agree with jlsm re leg of lamb. Could also do a couple racks of lamb. Ham, as previously mentioned would be good also.
