Puffy Shrimp Tacos

I used Mickey's shrimp marinate for the shrimp tacos. My wife's first words were: These shrimp are sweet ! Thanks, Mickey.
The tortillas were made with masa de maiz, rolled in a ball and put under wet towel until ready to press
Cool tortilla press I got in Mexico
Cooking the tortillas to make a puffy opening.
Shrimp on the BGE
Condiments. Lettuce and cilantro from the garden. The mild cheddar cheese was smoked on the Egg using pecan wood.

That's awesome, Gary! Love those puffy tacos. Makes my plain Jane shrimp I cooked last night look boring. Glad I forgot the SD card from my camera at home today as I'm too embarrassed to share now. I musta missed Mickey's recipe. Care to share or point to where its at?
