Puffy Shrimp Tacos

I used Mickey's shrimp marinate for the shrimp tacos.  My wife's first words were:  These shrimp are sweet !  Thanks, Mickey.

The tortillas were made with masa de maiz, rolled in a ball and put under wet towel until ready to press

Cool tortilla press I got in Mexico

Condiments.  Lettuce and cilantro from the garden.  The mild cheddar cheese was smoked on the Egg using pecan wood.

Truth be known, Pam is the master chef.  I am just the Kitchen ****.  We have "his and hers" thermapens.  I got her the pink one because she was always stealing mine to make pralines and such.

That's awesome, Gary! Love those puffy tacos. Makes my plain Jane shrimp I cooked last night look boring. Glad I forgot the SD card from my camera at home today as I'm too embarrassed to share now. I musta missed Mickey's recipe. Care to share or point to where its at?

Thanks Grif.  I find it hard to believe that you'd cook something not worth sharing.

The link to Mickey's shrimp is here.  He didn't give amounts, but I don't think that's important anyway.
