Puffy Shrimp Tacos

I used Mickey's shrimp marinate for the shrimp tacos.  My wife's first words were:  These shrimp are sweet !  Thanks, Mickey.

The tortillas were made with masa de maiz, rolled in a ball and put under wet towel until ready to press

Condiments.  Lettuce and cilantro from the garden.  The mild cheddar cheese was smoked on the Egg using pecan wood.
