I love crawfish boils

I know it wasn't Egged, but the pot wouldn't fit. The MINI was in action cooking a piece of salmon, though.

Doesn't that look good?

I have to agree here. I did a 35 pound bag the 10th of March. They were huge, hot and delicious.

Man that looks good.  I really miss crawfish and all the other good seafood from growing up in Louisiana.  I try to do a batch every here, but we just don't get the good ones here in Austin.

Nice work!  Looks like you've got all the fixings in there too.. Mushrooms are awesome.. Have any garlic toes?  Ever tried brussel sprouts in it?

We're having a huge crawfish boil this Sunday at a friend's house.. Can't wait!  My friend usually pours jalapeno juice in these.. It gives it a nice flavor without too much heat really.

@bccomstock what are garlic toes? Never tried brussel sprouts. My wife likes them, so next time we will.

It's just another term for a clove of garlic.. Alot of times we'll boil whole bulbs of garlic and then you can eat or smear the boiled cloves on other items..

Nice, we are going to have one here pretty soon. We usually average 2 a year depending on the prices. Where did you get them? We usually get ours at Capt. Daves on Plano Pkwy.

@Plano_JJ _ Mrs. G went and picked the crawfish up at Sea Breeze Fish Market and Grill up in Plano.

@CajunEggHead - haven't tried the whole cloves of garlic like others mentioned, but I will be doing that next time. :D
